Clouds Are Building, Do I See A Storm Coming????
Rain….Rain, please….please don’t, go away!!!!  Yes, last night after 8PM it started sprinkling (for about 2 minutes).  Then the sun came up this morning and temperatures reached 100+.  At approximately 2:10PM today the clouds started building, then they turned dark, thunder started sounding, lightning and then the big piece de resistance……….rain!!!! WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!

Our temperatures have dropped to 86 degrees and its nice and cool out (cooler than it was).  I don’t think we will have enough rain to water the garden; we’ll be out later tonight to water.

Three days left to enter the Hand Crank Apple Peeler Give-Away!!!!!

Hand Crank Apple Peeler by Back at the Ranch
Table-top design, adjusts easily to a 1-1/2” kitchen counter top or workspace.  Adjustable flat blade makes paring easy.  Just slide apple onto 3-prong fork and rotate the handle.  The core slicer can be removed or added to make slicing easier.  Great for baking pies and cobblers, canning, apple sauce and dehydrating.  Also works with potatoes and cucumbers!

  3. A little rain is better than no rain. I hope you get some more .. I know a good soaking rain is better than having to water any old day.

    1. Mrs. Mac,

I agree, just having a little rain made a world of difference with the temperature. I'm hoping for more but I will take what ever the good Lord gives :-) He gave us little therefore, I had to water.
