Bad Storms :-(

Everyone here is picking up their property from debris blown in from the storms last night.  We had bad thunderstorms, rain, hail, 85+ winds and tornadoes. Our hail size was about a quarter whereas; other areas of the state had grapefruit.  Round 2 will start 10:00 PM tonight.  We plan on being safe tonight and hunkering down in our safe space (the hallway) until the storms pass.
Anyone need a new car cheap?  There are all kinds of automobile dealers here with cars that were damaged badly from the hail and winds.  I can only imagine what type of discount one could get J  (teasing here).

  1. Sandy, Please stay safe. Hope there's a mattress in the hallway ;).

    1. DFW, Thank you, we stayed safe. Last nights storm broke up a little and went around us. The storm the night before was really scary.

I haven't had that problem. I'm not sure how to resolve that issue.

  4. Ya'll sure got the brunt of last nights storms. We were lucky here, it seems that once again the storms kind of split up and went around us. Didn't even get a good garden soaking. Batten down the hatches cause it looks like they are coming at us from the other direction tonite!

  5. Glad you are ok and missed the grapefruit !!!!!! sized hail. It just seems we can not get a nice gentle rain anymore. It has to always be so violent. Think nature is telling us something ;)?
