My Surprise Vine

Okay, the surprise vines growing in and amongst my tomato plants have provided me with a clue.  Several of my Blogger friends have offered suggestions on what the surprise vine would be/produce.   Here’s the clue, what do you think?

    1. Ruth,

It sure does look like watermelon and I didn't plant any. Either it's coming up from the compost or a bird dropped a seed or two.

I hope your watermelons grow big and you have no problems with little critters trying to eat them.

    1. Susie,

Yes it's going to be fun! These vines have produced approximately 12 small little watermelons.
