My dear friends, we are safe! Tornadoes, circular motion, lightning,
thunder, rain, massive winds, and hail were terrible. We bugged out of our place with the animals
and headed south to a town called Purcell.
We just returned home, our house is still standing
wind damage to the back (nothing to worry about). All kinds of water flooding,
we are unable to tell about our surrounding areas. I will know more tomorrow. As of right now 5 people are dead and over
50+ injured, 5 critical. Please pray for
Oklahoma!!!
Just got through posting over at "At The Farm" after she updated us. Glad you are safe again. Gosh, I know this must be beyond getting old for you, but I''m glad y'al are able to bug out and get someplace safe.
ReplyDeleteNO MORE STORMS! :-)
So glad you are ok! Been worried.
ReplyDeleteI will pray and glad to hear you and yours are safe!
ReplyDeleteThere are just no words! I can't even imagine what you all are going through on almost a daily basis! Prayers to all! (((HUGS))) during this most trying and stressful time!
ReplyDeleteThank God!...I was worried about all of my blog buddies in the path of these storms and very sorry to hear of the deaths and injuries. We watched the weather channel and learned of a mother and baby killed. We also saw the storm chasers get hit. I told Pioneer Preppy I am more than a little jittery over hurricane season this year which starts today. Such crazy, viscous weather.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness you guys are safe once again!
ReplyDeleteThat is wonderful news. Continued prayers coming your way!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you've managed to avoid the horrors. We had never been involved in a tornado until we moved and put our house up for sale. Then, our huge Maple tree ended up in our living room, ruining the sale. But we were the ONLY local house with damage. You have the total opposite of my kind of luck.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you all are OK, I was watching it on the weather channel last night and it looked grim.
ReplyDeleteUgh! You guys should be pros at this now! Hope things calm down and glad that you are all safe & the homestead is still standing.
