Warning To Oklahoma Friends

Northern Area Oklahoma

Tornado warning issued north of Oklahoma City.  Lincoln, Logan and Payne Counties tornado warnings.  Getting nasty up north again, be storm safe people.

 Southern Area Oklahoma

Here we go again, severe storms on the ground west of the Oklahoma City Metro areas please be storm aware.  The rotation and velocity has increased in this storm with the potential of tornadoes to develop.

Update again, storm is moving east, southeastern direction.  Not a tornado yet, severe thunderstorm.   Has circular motion heading with hail toward Chickasha, Blanchard, New Castle, Norman, Noble area's.  Looks so far like it will miss Moore, thank God.  This super cell is not looking good.  Potential of picking up and gaining strength as soon as it passes Interstate 35.  In about 20 minutes, this storm is going to hit our location.  Storm is grown again now, there's a hook at the back of the storm (not good).

Tulsa area of Oklahoma be careful with this weather!!!!
Arkansas and Missouri please be careful these storms are heading your way.

    1. Rev. Paul,

Thank you again for your prayers, we bugged out of the house when this storm came through. Were back now, watching the radar and the sky.

    1. Mamma Bear,

Thank you for your prayers. We just bugged out of the house with the animals. Watched this part of the storm pass and returned home. Now were waiting for the second part to pass. This one may go over Moore.

    1. PP,

Damn trout, it jumped out of the cooler and the winds of Oklahoma blew it up your way. At least I still have my ruby red slippers, lol

On a serious note, are you and yours okay there with the weather?

  8. Oklahoma needs a break! Dan just spent the past week in Iowa, and he said it stormed every day, though not as bad as what you're getting. So glad you're okay.

    1. Leigh,

Yes Ma'am Oklahoma needs a major break from weather.

I'm happy to hear Iowa wasn't as bad as we are in weather. I'm also happy to hear Dan got home okay.

We are all okay here and I believe our plans are to bug out of our home when we can since we don't have a tornado shelter.

    2. Hey Sandy, I just saw your note and wanted to let you know all's well here on the hillside. It seems most of the severe weather kind of splits and goes around us. I can live with that! Hope ya'll are all ok there. It sounds like we've got another day or so of this crazy weather this time around. Stay on guard and ya'll take care.

    3. SCI,

Oh, I'm so glad to hear ya'll are okay.
Good thing you have the hillside that splits the weather.

Yes, another round today. It's already building. The clouds are large and building here and the humidity is bad. Be careful and stay weather aware.

  9. Once the second round of pouring rain passed our backyard/woods was flooded enough so my little one put on her swimsuit grabbed an air mattress and went swimming LOL!!! She had a ball ☺ We were completely oblivious to the tornado in BA until my older kids texted me that they were okay :/ I guess we're getting some more bad weather today, stay safe Sandy ☺

Yes, more bad weather today. They say today is the worst day out of the three days of storms. Stay safe and be weather aware.
