Bulldog Man and I decided we were going to celebrate
our 13th Anniversary in Nevada. On this trip, we didn’t take our
trailer out to Nevada; instead we flew out, because the trip was only 4 days.
Flying into McCarran International Airport, we picked
up a rental 4 wheel drive SUV, and headed to Nellis AFB Threat Training
Facility AKA: “The Petting Zoo”--our first stop in Nevada.
The Petting Zoo was once a classified site; it holds
numerous aircraft, vehicles, tanks, radars, missiles and guns once used by
countries linked to the Warsaw Pact.
Bulldog Man and I were like kids in a candy store as
we played……I mean inspected all the
training materials. We just couldn’t
help ourselves…..climbing in and out of aircraft, tanks, and handling
weapons.
Here’s a video I put together while playing with the adult
toys, I hope you enjoy it.
More of our
trip coming up in the next several posts.
You will get lots of traffic with that title! Great job on the slide show. Glad y'all were able to relax and enjoy some time together.
ReplyDeleteGail,
DeleteWe thought the same thing, LOL!!!!
Thank you, I love this new application I'm using to edit and add music. We really did enjoy our time together out in NV.
I'm with Gail. I almost gasped when I read it! So glad you two have so much fun together - and love to read about this great adventure you had!
ReplyDeleteSusan,
DeleteWe had to come up with an eye catcher title, and it worked...LOL!!!! More of our great adventure to come:-)
Looks like a fun place to play ... and hey! I know that guy. :)
ReplyDeleteRev. Paul,
DeleteIt totally was an awesome place to play, and investigate. :-)
Bulldog Man was in his glory up in the aircraft.
You two are somethin' else! So cool that you both enjoy the same things.
ReplyDeleteMama Pea,
DeleteI know, were both so much a like.....it's spooky :-)
The military will do that to you.
Now that I seen your video that place is on my 'must see' of places to visit. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMike,
DeleteYou won't be disappointed when you visit. We really enjoyed ourselves, may have to go back.
Sandy, I enjoyed the video, especially the Migs and Sukhois. What program did you use to make that?
ReplyDeleteHarry,
DeleteThank you, that was the first video I created using this new application. I used Wondershare Filmora and just love it. It's easy to use, and has music you can use. You can also add you own music. There is a fee to use this application, we purchased the lifetime option.
