Monday I had to pick all my tomatoes (green) because the heat is unusually hot here and they started falling off the plants. The heat also makes them split before ripening, I think they begin to steam inside and pressure builds causing the splits. Anyway I saved then and they are turning red nicely indoors in the dark.

Those look like Loaches or Cayuse helicopters. What they used to call Little Birds in the army I think. Any training bases out your way? Lots of food there. Our tomatoes are doing well, the other vegetables, not so much.
